- Notices, bills, schedules, summonses and other such document required by this Act or by any regulation or by law made under this Act to be served upon or issued, or presented or given to any person, shall be served, issued or presented or given by municipal officers or servants or by other person authorised by [the Commissioner or the General Manager] [These words were substituted for the original by Bombay 48 of 1948, Section 47.] in this behalf.
