- Amounts transferred to the municipal fund under the provisions of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 460 LL shall be credited to a special fund to be called "the Welfare Fund " and shall be expended in providing such benefits and amenities to municipal officers and servants, including those appointed under the provisions of Chapter XVI-A of this Act and to such members of their families and their dependants as the corporation may from time to time determine.]
