(1)
For every warrant issued and distraint or attachment made under this Act, a fee shall be charged at such rates, as [the Standing Committee] may, from time to time specify.
(2)
For the maintenance of any animal seized under this Act, a fee shall be charged at such rate as [the Standing Committee] [These words were substituted for the words 'Mayor-in-Council' by Maharashtra 27 of 1999, Section 91, (w.e.f. 23-4-1999).] may, from time to time, specify.
(3)
In addition to the fees chargeable under sub-section (1) or (2), when peons are kept in-charge of the destrained property, a fee of [rupees fifty] [These words were substituted for the words 'rupeees ten' by Maharashtra 10 of 1998, Section 109(b).] per day, for each peon employed shall be charged.

All fees charged under this section shall be included in the costs of recovery.]
