105. Recording of search and seizure through audio-video electronic means.

The process of search and seizure, including the preparation and signing of the seizure list therein, shall be recorded through audio-video electronic means, preferably by mobile phone, and such recording shall be forwarded without delay to the District Magistrate or the Sub-divisional Magistrate or the Judicial Magistrate of the first class, as the case may be, having jurisdiction over the area.
