115. Assistance in relation to orders of attachment or forfeiture of property.
(1) Where a Court in India has reasonable grounds to believe that any property obtained by any person is derived from or is the proceeds of crime committed in a contracting State, and is likely to be found in India, or any property in India belonging to a proclaimed person in relation to a contracting State, it may make an order for attachment or forfeiture of such property, as it may deem fit.
(2) Where a Court in a contracting State has made an order for attachment or forfeiture of any property, and such property is believed to be in India, the Central Government may, on receipt of a request from the contracting State, cause such order to be executed in India as if it were an order made by a Court in India.
