116. Identifying unlawfully acquired property.

Upon receipt of a request from a contracting State, the Court in India, on being satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for believing that property within India is the proceeds of crime committed in the contracting State, may identify, trace and freeze or seize such property, with a view to eventual confiscation.
