492. Cancellation of bond and bail bond.
Without prejudice to the provisions of section 491, where a Court is satisfied that any condition imposed on a bail bond or a bond for appearance of any person has been violated or that there are reasonable grounds for believing that the person in respect of whom the bond is executed is likely to abscond or otherwise to evade the process of the Court, such Court may cancel the bond and may order such person to be arrested and committed to custody.
