Any Police officer may, without an order from a Magistrate and without a warrant, arrest any person committing in his presence any offence punishable under clause (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i), (j), (k), or (m) of sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.
