(1)

The State Government may, by rules or an order in writing, authorise an officer to grant a tourist’s permit to consume, to use and buy foreign liquor to a person who is a tourist.

A tourist’s permit may be granted for the period of the tourist’s intended stay in the State , but shall in no case be granted for a period exceeding one month.

(3)

Such permits shall be available at such places as may be fixed by the Commissioner in this behalf.
