Agent's licence may be renewed on an application made to the licensing authority not less than thirty days before the date of its expiry and shall be accompanied by the principal and all supplementary licences, if any, and the fee specified in rule 203.

(2)

The renewal of a licence shall be made by endorsement of renewal thereof by the licensing authority on the principal and supplementary licences, if any.
