- The Regional Transport Authority may, as a condition to the grant of any permit, require any public service vehicle to be equipped with a fire extinguisher of a type specified by the said Authority and such Authority may require that such fire extinguisher shall be inspector at such periods and by such persons as the Authority may specify.
