In section 216 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1),—

(i)

in clause (b), for the word "company ", the words "company; or " shall be substituted;

(ii)

after clause (b), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:—

"(c) who have or had beneficial interest in shares of a company or who are or have been beneficial owners or significant beneficial owner of a company.".
