Terms and conditions of service of Chairperson and Members of Appellate Tribunal.

(1)

The salaries and allowances and other terms and conditions of service of the Chairperson and other Members of the Appellate Tribunal shall be such as may be prescribed.

(2)

The salaries, allowances and other terms and conditions of service of the Chairperson and other Members of the Appellate Tribunal shall not be varied to their disadvantage after their appointment.
