Second Schedule

Provisions as to the emoluments, allowances, privileges and so on, of the President, the Governors of States, the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker of the House of the People, the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman of the Council of States, the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, and the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Council, the Judges of the Supreme Court and of the High Courts and the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India.

This Schedule contains five Parts (Parts A through E), each detailing the salary, allowances, pension, and other conditions of service for the respective constitutional office holders as amended from time to time by parliamentary legislation.
