- The Director-General or any officer authorised by the Central Authority may, during the course of any investigation, enter and search any place, where he has reason to believe that any book of account, document, goods or article which may be relevant for the purposes of investigation, may be found, and may seize any such book of account, document, goods or article.
- The provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, relating to search and seizure shall, so far as may be, apply to every search and seizure made under this section.
