The National Commission may, with the previous approval of the Central Government, by notification, make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder to carry out the provisions of this Act.
In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:—
1. the qualifications and experience required for empanelment as mediator, procedure for empanelment, terms and conditions for empanelment, code of conduct for empanelled mediators, and grounds on which, and manner in which, empanelled mediators may be removed under sub-section (2) of section 75;
2. any other matter which is required to be, or may be, specified by regulations.
