(1)

Any person aggrieved by the Tariff Scheme may appeal to the Board under section 33A along with the fee specified in the Second Schedule.

The Board, if satisfied with the grounds of the appeal, shall -

The appellant shall pay to the copyright society any interim tariff fixed by the Board that has fallen due before filing an appeal to the Board.

The Board may after hearing the parties fix an interim tariff and direct the appellant to make the payment accordingly pending disposal of the appeal.

The Board shall determine the Tariff Scheme of the copyright society under section 33A, after taking into consideration:

The Board shall dispose of the appeal within a period of three months from the date of its filing.
