G.S.R. 592(E), dated 13th September, 2007 - In the exercise of the powers conferred by Section 156 read with with Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in suppression of the Customs Valuation (Determination of Price of Imported goods) Rules, 1988 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such suppersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
