If any person permitted to enter or return to the area from which he directed to remove himself under sub-section (1) of Section 54, fails to any condition imposed under that sub-section or by the bond executed him thereunder, his bond shall be forfeited and any person bound thereby pay the penalty thereof or show cause to the satisfaction of the court such penalty should not be paid.
