(a) negligently let loose any horse or other animal, so as to cause danger, injury, alarm or annoyance; or

(b) suffer ferocious dog to be at large without a muzzle; or

(c) set on or urge a dog or other animal to attack, worry or put in ear any person or horse or other animal.
