(1)

The salaries and allowances payable to the Chairperson and Members of the Appellate Tribunal shall be as follows,-

(a) the Chairperson shall be paid a monthly salary equivalent to the last drawn salary by such person, as a Judge of a High Court;

(b) the Member shall be paid a monthly salary equivalent to the salary drawn at the maximum of the scale of pay of Additional Secretary to the Government of India:

The Chairperson and every other Member shall be entitled to thirty days of earned leave for every completed year of service.

(3)

The other allowances and conditions of service of the Chairperson and the other Member shall be such as may be determined by the appropriate Government from time to time.
