All receipts of the Corporation other than those referred to in sub-section (1) of section 23 1[or in sub-section (1) of section 23A] shall be credited to the General Fund and all payments by the Corporation other than those referred to in sub-section (2) 1[of section 23, or, as the case may be, sub-section (2) of section 23A] shall be made out of that Fund.1.
