Section 34

Controlled stations .- [(1)] Where a generating station situate within an area for which a scheme is in force has been designated in the scheme as a controlled station, the relations between the Board and the licensee owning the station shall, subject to any arrangements agreed under section 47, be regulated by the provisions of the First Schedule
