Amendment 17. In section 57 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2),— of section 57.

in clause (a), for the words “energy conservation building codes”, the words

“energy conservation and sustainable building codes” shall be substituted;

(ii) after clause (4), the following clauses shall be inserted, namely:—

(bb) the form in which and the time at which, the budget of the designated agency shall be prepared under section 15A;”;

(iii) in clause (c), for the word, brackets and figure “section (4)”, the word, brackets and figure “section (3)” shall be substituted.

(hb) the technical qualification to test samples under clause (४2) of sub-section (2) of section 13;”.
