The publication of the reference to the refusal or the invalidation of the registration of a trade mark pursuant to section 25 of the Geographical Indications of Goods (Registration and Protection) Act, 1999 (48 of 1999) shall include-

1. the representation of the mark;
2. the application or registration number of the trade mark, as the case may be;
3. the name and address of the applicant or the registered proprietor, as the case may be;
4. the date of application or the date of registration in the case of a registered trade mark, as the case may be;
5. the list of goods or class of goods in respect of which the trade mark was applied for or was registered; and
6. a summary of the ground on which the application for registration of a trade mark had been refused or the registration of the registered trade mark was invalidated.
