On any suit or other proceeding not being a suit or proceeding under this Act in which any instrument is produced by or through a guardian of a minor, the presumption shall be that the instrument was executed by the guardian in his capacity as such, and that the person by whom it purports to have been executed was a minor at the time of its execution, unless the contrary is proved.
