(1)

The State Government shall, from amongst the members of a committee, appoint a chairman and shall also appoint a treasurer.

(2)

The State Government may direct that the chairman, treasurer and other members of the Committee may be paid such honorarium of fees and allowances from such fund in such manner as may be prescribed.
