These Regulations may be called the [Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Fast Track Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2017] [Substituted by Notification No. IBBI/2017-18/GN/REG017, dated 5.10.2017 (w.e.f. 14.6.2017)].

These Regulations shall come into force on June 14, 2017.

These Regulations shall apply to the fast track process under Chapter IV of Part II of the Code.
