(1)
No person under the age of sixteen years shall be engaged or carried to sea to work in any capacity in any ship.
(2)
- No young person shall be engaged in night work.
- The period of night work shall be such, as may be prescribed:
- for giving effective training; or
- for performing a specific nature of duty,
