(1)
No person under the age of sixteen years shall be engaged or carried to sea to work in any capacity in any ship.
(2)
(a) No young person shall be engaged in night work.
(b) The period of night work shall be such, as may be prescribed:
(i) for giving effective training; or
(ii) for performing a specific nature of duty,
