(1)

The official seal and emblem of the Tribunal shall be such as the Central Government may, in consultation with the Chairperson, specify and the same shall be kept in the custody of the Registrar.

(2)

The seal of the Tribunal shall not be affixed to any order, summons or other process save under the authority in writing given by the Tribunal to the Registrar.

(3)

The seal of the Tribunal shall not be affixed to any certified copy issued by the Tribunal save under the authority in writing given by the Tribunal to the Registrar.
