- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-

(a) the Board of Management;

(b) the Academic Council;

(c) the Planning Board;

(d) the Finance Committee;

(e) the faculties; and

(f) such other bodies, as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University.
