.The High Court shall have superintendence over all Courts constituted under this Act subject to its appellate jurisdiction in the same manner as it has over other Courts under [article 227 of the Constitution] [Substituted by A.O.1950, for certain words.] and all the provisions of [that article] [Substituted by Act 36 of 1957, Section 3 and Sch.II, for "that section " (w.e.f. 17.9.1957).] shall apply to such Courts.
