Licences for bottling of country spirit in warehouse shall be granted by the Excise Commissioner for a term of three consecutive years or for any shorter period commencing from the first April or from any other date as may be specified by the State Government from time to time on prepayment of annual licence fees as may be prescribed by the State Government from time to time as per provisions of Rule 234 to 238.
