(i) No licence shall be granted to the holder of a foreign liquor licence for sale of country spirit or rectified or denatured spirit or medicinal and toilet preparations.

(ii) More than one licence shall not be granted to a member of a joint family for wholesale or retail sale of foreign liquor or country spirit or rectified spirit or denatured spirit or medicinal and toilet preparations.

(iii) All licences are personal to the licensee in whose favour they are granted.
