- A person shall be disqualified for an appointment as, or for being a member of a Committee of Management if he -
- is less than twenty-one years of age, or
- has been convicted by a criminal Court of any offence involving moral turpitude, or
- is of unsound mind and is so declared by a competent Court, or
- is an un-discharged insolvent, or
- is directly or indirectly interested in a lease or any other transaction relating to the endowment of the public trust, or
- is a paid servant of the Committee of Management, or
- is found to be guilty of misconduct, or
- ceases to profess the religion or persuasion or to belong to the religious denomination which the public trust for which the committee is constituted represents, or
- is otherwise unfit.
