Uniform procedure for conduct of proceedings. —The Central Government may, for the purpose of this Act, by rules, lay down uniform procedure consistent with the provisions of this Act for conducting the proceedings before the Tribunals and Appellate Tribunals.]1 Ins. by s. 37, ibid.
