18. Reports to be submitted by licencees.

(1) Every holder of a licence issued under section 17 shall, at such times as the Board may require, furnish to it a report specifying the areas newly planted or replanted during the period to which the report relates and containing such other particulars as may be required by the Board

(2) The Board may revoke any licence issued under section 17, if it is satisfied that the licence was obtained by misrepresentation or fraud or if the licencee contravenes any of the terms of the licence or if the licencee fails to submit the report referred to in subsection (1).
