- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or in any other law for the time being in force, no member ol a joint farming society whose lands have been pooled in the manner set out in clause (2) of section 93, shall, before the expiry of the period specified in the agreement executed by him under sub-section (1) of section 97, be entitled or allowed to withdraw the lands so pooled by him from the possession or control of the joint farming society.
