This Act may be called the [Salary, Allowances and Pension] [Substituted by Act 105 of 1976, Section 2, for "salaries and allowances " (w.e.f. 9-9-1976). ]of Members of Parliament Act, 1954

It shall come into force on the first day of June, 1954.
