The provisions of this chapter shall apply to infrastructure debt fund schemes launched by mutual funds.

(2)

All other provisions of these regulations and the guidelines and circulars issued thereunder, unless the context otherwise require or repugnant to the provisions of this chapter, shall apply to infrastructure debt fund schemes, trustees and asset management companies an relation to such schemes.
