In each of the following provisions of the Constitution, namely:-

(i)entry 67 of the Union List,

(ii)entry 12 of the State List,

(iii)entry 40 of the Concurrent List, and

(iv)Article 49,

for the words "declared by Parliament by law ", the words "declared by or under law made by Parliament " shall be substituted.
