- Where an agreement is reached between the parties with respect to the issues or any of the issues referred for mediation, the same shall be reduced in writing and signed by the parties and the mediator.
- The settlement arrived at under this section shall be final and binding on all the parties to the agreement and no appeal shall lie against such settlement.
