(1)
Every employee of the University shall be appointed under a written contract and such contract shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances.
(2)
The contract referred to in-sub-section (1) shall be lodged with the University and a copy of which shall be furnished to the employee concerned.
