- The District Commission, the State Commission or the National Commission, as the case may be, shall replace the mediator on the request of any of the parties, if such party is not satisfied with the mediator nominated by the Commission, or in case any facts come to the notice of the party regarding the mediator, which raise reasonable doubt on the mediator’s suitability.
- Where both parties jointly seek a change of mediator, the District Commission, the State Commission or the National Commission, as the case may be, shall replace the mediator forthwith.
